Returns

We want you to be happy with all your purchases from us, but in the event you are not, we are more than happy for you to return the product/products to us in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund stating the reason for return. Returns postage charge is buyers own responsibility, we do not offer free returns at this time. Original postage cost is also non refundable.

Personalised items are non returnable and non refundable unless it is faulty or damaged due to our mistake. In this case please inform us via E-Mail within 24 hours of receiving your parcel at info@sarah-johnstone-photography.co.uk 

We do ask that you read our instructions on uploading your photos and our terms and conditions before purchasing.

Please Note there are No returns or refunds on defect items.
